In practice that means a deep fleet behind every airport booking: if a car goes down at 3am, the job moves to another driver instead of your flight leaving without you.

The first hour from touchdown is free. Beyond that, waiting is charged at £36 per hour (or part of one) for 4-seat vehicles and £50 per hour for 5 seats and above. You can also book a deliberately later pickup, say two hours after landing, and waiting only starts 10 minutes after that agreed time.
That is half our airport work. We run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so a 3am pickup from Billericay is booked exactly like a 3pm one.
