From CM11 and CM12, Southend is the sprint at 25 to 40 minutes, Stansted takes 40 to 60, and Heathrow or Gatwick run an hour to an hour and three quarters depending what the M25 is doing. Departures before 6am dodge the worst of it.
Swift is part of the Basildon Taxis Ltd group, which merged three long-running south Essex operators into one dispatch operation in 2023. In practice that means a deep fleet behind every airport booking: if a car goes down at 3am, the job moves to another driver instead of your flight leaving without you.

The first hour of airport waiting is included, counted from when the plane actually lands. After that it is £36 an hour for saloons, £50 for bigger vehicles.

The first hour from touchdown is free. Beyond that, waiting is charged at £36 per hour (or part of one) for 4-seat vehicles and £50 per hour for 5 seats and above. You can also book a deliberately later pickup, say two hours after landing, and waiting only starts 10 minutes after that agreed time.
That is half our airport work. We run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so a 3am pickup from Billericay is booked exactly like a 3pm one.
